SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be packaged and shipped out within 1-3 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.  When your package ships, you will receive tracking information via email.  After your package leaves, it should arrive in 3-8 business days.  We ship all eligible packages with priority shipping, but we cannot guarantee arrival time related to the shipping service. Ordering early, particularly for seasonal products is recommended.  

We offer free local pickup in McKinney, TX for local customers. 

NOTE:   We are shipping orders out as usual, but delivery times may be impacted by the pandemic and recent USPS/UPS slow downs.  

The customer is responsible for making sure the correct address is listed.  Customers are responsible for the package once the package has been marked delivered by the carrier.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@purpleboxboutique.com with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value, or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.  

We ship only to the Contiguous United States.  We will ship internationally upon request; please email hello@purpleboxboutique.com for further details.
