SEASONAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY 

All Sales Final.  We will no longer accept returns due to most items we carry are seasonal. 

SEASONAL DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please inspect your item upon arrival.  If the items is received damaged or the incorrect item received, please email us at sales@purpleboxboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your package.  We will do our best to make sure we resolve the issue in a timely manner.  We will require pictures of the damaged items, packing materials and the shipping package and mailing label.  Most items are insured via UPS so we will need this information to submit a shipping claim.  

Please keep in mind that items are hand painted and having a glazing technique. Products are subject to small flaws in color, paint or glazing.  We cannot guarantee that your product will be 100% as pictured on our website. These items are reproduced to give the appearance of being handmade like their originals. Please be aware of that before you order. Refund, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for minor flaws. 

CLOTHING RETURN POLICY 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to refund you, provided the return is in accordance with our return policy.

•  We accept returns for clothing products purchased from online only, and all returns are inspected upon return.

•  Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

•  Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

•  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

•  Returns not caused by product quality issues will require the payment of shipping fees.

CLOTHING REFUNDS

•  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or refused. This process can take up to 21 business days from the date your return tracking information shows it was delivered.

•  If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

1.How many days are allowed for order cancellations?
You can cancel the order within 2 days of placing the order, and the seller’s time limit for processing the cancellation is 2 working days.
*If you initiate the cancellation before the shipping time and within the order cancellation period specified on the website, you can cancel the order.

2.How many days are allowed for returns or exchanges?
You can contact us for returns or exchanges within 14 days after you sign for it. Returns or exchanges will not be made after 14 days.

3.How to make a return?
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it and need to return it, please contact us and explain the reason for your return, order number, and the model number and size of the returned product. Once our customer service representatives have received the above information you can return the package.  The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 


4. What are the requirements for return packaging?
*The product has not been damaged, processed, modified or washed.
*If the product is not tried on and causes stains and odors, it will not affect secondary sales.
*The product's washing water mark is intact and not missing or damaged.
*The product is not a swimsuit or close-fitting product.
*If it is a set product, please return the entire set.
If the above conditions are missing or the product has been worn and washed, which affects the integrity of the product, returns or exchanges will not be processed.

If Clothing Item is Damaged or Defective, How to Deal?

1.  When your order arrives, please check the package for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for shipping cartons to show some wear and tear. However, if there is any damage to the items in your delivery, please retain the box, packaging and items and contact the sales support within 3 days to inform us of the problem.

2.  Please attach a photo or video of the damage/defective item to the email.

3.  After confirming that the clothing product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method.

4.  Generally, it will take 5-7 business days for confirmation and refund.
