PREORDER UPDATES; TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 

Please consider the following before placing a preorder which are beyond our control and cannot be predicted.  Rest assured, we will always strive to ensure that your preorder is fulfilled in a timely manner.   

  • Customers who choose partial payments, remaining balance will need to be paid in full before mailing.  Partial Payments are non refundable and do not include the shipping fee. 
  • Distributors may cancel items due to low demand or factory cancellations.  
  • Supply Chain Disruptions and Delays
  • Items arrive damaged or not first quality from the distributor. 
  • Unforeseen delays due to the Global pandemic
  • All pre-orders are limited to 2 items per person due to limited quantity and high demand. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has an item count greater than 2. 
  • All pre-orders are nonrefundable and are final sales. 
  • Purple Box Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or items damaged during shipping.  Rest assured, your package will be securely shipped with the highest quality shipping materials. Lots of love and attention to ensure your new treasures arrive safely to your home.
  • Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on your order as they become available from our supplier. 
  • If for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately offer you a refund or credit the original form of payment.  There will be a 2.9% transaction fee for all cancelled orders.  Please keep in mind, these items are being produced by oversees.  Due to the ongoing delays and the impact of COVID19, any delays are beyond our control.  We have high expectations that our distributors will be able to supply and produce the quantities of items that are ordered, however if for some unforeseen circumstance, they are not, we will gladly credit your original form of payment. 
  • All Preorders are fulfilled in order that they are received from the customer.  So first in, first out.  
  • For customers that we do not have your complete order in stock, we will gladly ship you a partial order with a small shipping fee.  Please feel free to contact us at: hello@purpleboxboutique.com to make arrangements. If no partial shipping request is made, your complete order will be mailed when all products are available. 
  • Additional charges will be required when shipping outside the continental United States that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
