PREORDER UPDATES; TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Halloween preorders are estimated to ship in July and throughout August.
All Holiday preorders are estimated to ship mid September to early October.
- Bethany Lowe Halloween product has arrived with the exception of Ghostie Stew and David E. Everett Kooky Carmel Apples. We expect to have these two items from Bethany Lowe Designs by late July; early August. All Bethany Lowe preorders have been mailed with the exception of orders that have combined vendors (such as Transpac; Glitterville, etc)
- As of 7/23/21, the Transpac Distribution Center is receiving shipping containers daily (about 1 or 2) and the warehouse is working frantically to receive the inventory so they can start shipping but it is a process. Transpac is quoting ship dates to start end of July, early August. Please be patient, they are doing their best to meet the timeline.
- Transpac Christmas is expected to arrive late September. We are monitoring the progress closely with our partners at Transpac.
- Glitterville Halloween and Christmas is arriving daily. We expect to see most of our inventory to arrive in August.
- Holiday Sweets Collection will begin to arrive late July and throughout August. We are expecting to fulfill all preorders by mid to late September with this vendor. They have been an excellent partner to work with.
- Sullivan's part of our Winter Wonderland Collection has arrived and we expect to see the additional inventory in August.
- Kurt Adler is expected to arrive in August as well. I was informed from our sales partner that they do have product ready to ship to US but they are waiting for shipping containers which there is a shortage of.
PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- All pre-orders are limited to 2 items per person due to limited quantity and high demand. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has an item count greater than 2.
- All pre-orders are nonrefundable and are final sales.
- Purple Box Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or items damaged during shipping. Rest assured, your package will be securely shipped with the highest quality shipping materials. Lots of love and attention to ensure your new treasures arrive safely to your home.
- Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on your order as they become available from our supplier.
- If for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately offer you a refund or credit the original form of payment. There will be a 2.9% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Please keep in mind, these items are being produced by oversees. Due to the ongoing delays and the impact of COVID19, any delays are beyond our control. We have high expectations that our distributors will be able to supply and produce the quantities of items that are ordered, however if for some unforeseen circumstance, they are not, we will gladly credit your original form of payment.
